Content generated through our AI features is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before publishing.

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Velocity and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.

7.2 Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

8. API and Rate Limits

Our Service interacts with third-party APIs that impose rate limits. We are not responsible for:

Delays or failures due to third-party API limitations
Changes to third-party API availability or functionality
Content removal or account actions by third-party platforms

10. Disclaimers

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy or reliability of any content
Security against all possible threats

We do not guarantee that scheduled posts will always be published successfully, as this depends on third-party platform availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELOCITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Damages arising from your use of third-party platforms
Content posted by you or other users
Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velocity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Content you create, post, or share through the Service

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse the Service or other users
Fail to pay applicable fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
